Terms of Use

  1. Any offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Combined service + MOT packages are considered an offer as the price of the MOT is reduced to give the package price. Price Promise is an offer and any other cannot be used to reduce further.
  2. Nothing on this website shall be construed as a unilateral offer by the The Auto Care Group to enter into any contractual obligations.
  3. All prices, products and service content are subject to change without prior notification.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any tyres purchased are suitable for the customer’s vehicle and intended use. The Auto Care Group cannot be considered liable for any recommendation made by any third party, or external source of information.
  5. The customer’s offer to purchase goods will not be deemed accepted unless and until the order confirmation has been issued.
  6. Title to goods remains with The Auto Care Group until paid for in full, responsibility for goods passes on delivery.
  7. In the event that The Auto Care Group is unable to fulfil the order, it will be entitled to cancel the order. In such instances any liability will be limited to refunding the customer for all payments received relating to the cancelled order.
  8. The Auto Care Group shall not be considered liable in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions.
  9. The parties agree that, in the unlikely event of any defect arising in the tyres, the tyres will be submitted for adjudication by the manufacturer as to the cause of failure and their decision will be final.
  10. The Auto Care Group have the right to cancel bookings or change any booking date.
  11. The Auto Care Group collects personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address only when it is voluntarily submitted to us on this website. We may use the information to process orders; improve our level of service, to improve the content of our website, to respond to your requests and for our own internal purposes. We may also provide you with helpful information, product news and updates, notify you of new products and services and seek your views on our products and services.
  12. By submitting personally identifiable information, you are consenting to such information being processed for the above listed purposes. For the above purposes, you agree that The Auto Care Group may use and store any such information provided by you.
  13. Tyre bookings are subject to stock availability. Where the product ordered is not available, the centre will discuss any suitable alternatives (prices may vary up or down depending on the alternative products available).
  14. An additional charge will be made should long life, platinum or multi-electrode plugs be required. There will be an upgrade charge of up to £20 per service for special or fully synthetic oils.
  15. As a manufacturer service is specific to your vehicle, depending on its mileage, age and service history we cannot quote through the website. If you require a manufacturer service you must contact your local centre for a price quoting the vehicle details and mileage and then book it in directly with them.
  16. To qualify for Price Promise you must have a printed comparison price/quote from a VAT registered garage located within a 6 mile radius of the specific Autocentre at which you are at. Any comparison of goods or services must be to the identical specification and quality of the goods or services supplied by The Auto Care Group. The Auto Care Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
