Description:
Applicants should ideally have current experience within the motor trade with a sound mechanical knowledge and be able to convey this to customers in a confident and friendly manner. You should have a good phone manner, be polite and have good people skills. You must be organised and able to work as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
Answering telephones and dealing with customer requests and bookings, organising workloads, ordering parts, pricing of jobs and helping to run and organise the workshop.
